| adopted September 2008Proposals may be made by any Coalition member. Proposals may cover
joint projects or suggest changes to our working guidelines. They may be
initiated by a single member or be the product of a charrette.
If an issue is complex or if discussion is primarily among a handful
of people, charrettes are formed. Charrettes are small sub-groups who
develop proposals which are then submitted to the whole list for review.
Coalition members can then suggest any alterations and/or co-sign at that
stage.
Choose your method for coordinating a national response from the options below and simply follow each step.
